Phantom of the Opera Screening Postponed
Worcester, MA (October 31, 2006) - The screening of The Phantom of the Opera that was scheduled to take place at 11:30pm in the Assumption College Chapel of the Holy Spirit tonight has been postponed.
While organist Peter Krasinski was scheduled to accompany the film on the Chapel pipe organ, some concerns have been raised about the lateness of the hour in combination with the use of the Chapel for an event on Halloween night.
In light of these concerns, the College has decided to reschedule the screening of another classic silent film with organ accompaniment to a different time at a later date in the academic year. Mr. Krasinski has graciously agreed to perform at a later date.
