Chapel Choir Presents "Lessons and Carols"
Worcester, MA (November 29, 2006) - The Assumption College Chapel Choir, under the direction of Jane Shivick, will present the annual Advent Service of "Lessons and Carols" on Wednesday, December 6 at 7:30 p.m. in the Chapel of the Holy Spirit.
The 80-voiced Choir will offer traditional as well as contemporary carols and will be accompanied by Dr. Frank Corbin, organist. The program will tell the story of the birth of Christ through sacred scripture and song. Admission is free and open to the public. A reception will immediately follow the service in the Atrium of Testa Science Center.
