Fortin Lecture with Dr. Paul Archambault

College's 2005 Fortin Lecture, "Did
the Greeks Invent Autobiography?" will
be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2005 at 3:30 p.m. in the Emmanuel d'Alzon
Library.
The lecture will be delivered by Dr. Paul Archambault, the current
visiting d'Alzon Professor of Foreign & Comparative Languages
and Assumption College
graduate of the class of 1958. His books include A Monk’s
Confession: The Memoirs of Guibert de Nogent (1998),
A Renaissance Woman: Helisenne’s Personal and Invective Letters
(1986), and Seven French Chroniclers (1974).
