A bus will leave from the Plourde Center at 6:30 p.m.

8 Femmes is a 2002 character drama and musical. When a wealthy French family gathers for Christmas, their country estate is thrown into an uproar when the father of the family is murdered. The only possible suspects are the eight women in the house, each of whom has secrets and a motive to kill him. The film includes some richly comic moments, and features superb performances by several of France's most famous actresses.

The theme of the series is “French Films for All Ages.” The protagonists in the films chosen represent all age groups, from young schoolchildren, adolescents and young adults, to mature adults and the elderly. All of the movies present a fresh or amusing view of the lives of these characters.

The series also features the films Etre et Avoir (To Be and To Have) on February 26 and Les Triplettes de Belleville (The Triplets of Belleville) on March 4.
