Assumption College Chorale Presents Holiday Concert
Worcester, MA (November 16, 2006) - The Assumption College Chorale, directed by Professor Michelle Graveline, will present a holiday concert, "Sounds of the Season," on Sunday, November 19, at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Holy Spirit.
Music will include English traditional carols, carols from other countries, and traditional sing along carols. The concert is free and open to the public.
Graveline will also conduct the Sailsbury Singers on Friday, November 17 at 8:00 p.m. as they present a concert of the Rachmaninoff "All Night Vigil," also known as the "Vespers." The concert will take place at St. Spyridon's Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 102 Russell St., Worcester, MA. Tickets are $20 for adults and $18 for seniors and students. Joing the performance will be Assumption professors Leslie Choquette, Elisabeth Howe, Lance Lazar, Hubert Meunier, and Paul Ziegler.
