Ambassador Paul Cellucci Visits Campus

Paul Cellucci with President Plough.Worcester, MA - President Tom Plough and his wife, Monty, hosted a small luncheon recently to welcome former U.S. Ambassador to Canada, Paul Cellucci, who was on campus to deliver a lecture to the College’s Worcester Institute for Senior Education (WISE) members.

Cellucci, a former Republican governor of Massachusetts, is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Magna Entertainment Corporation, based in Ontario, Canada. During his lecture, Cellucci spoke of his experiences both as governor and ambassador.

WISE is a Learning in Retirement Institute open to senior citizens in Central Massachusetts who are interested in learning. It is a member-run organization in which peer learning and active participation are key concepts. Members create their own educational programming and, through peer learning, share their experience and knowledge on topics of interest to them.
