Centennial Celebration Honors Assumption Athletics;
Outstanding Student Athletes Honored at Assumption College

January, 2004— In conjunction with Assumption College’s Centennial celebration, the College’s Athletics Department will be honoring its all-time finest student-athletes at a special recognition dinner on Saturday, January 31, 2004 in Hagan Campus Center. Cocktails will be served at 6:00 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m.

All recipients of the Reverend Armand Desautels, A.A. Memorial Award, which is presented annually to the outstanding male and female senior student-athletes, have been invited to return to campus that evening. The Athletics Centennial Dinner enables the athletics department to honor the graduates who have epitomized the phrase “student-athlete.”

Earlier that afternoon, Assumption College women’s and men’s basketball teams will be playing Saint Anselm College in the Laska Gymnasium at 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., respectively.
