Technical Difficulties Support
If the signal freezes for more than a few seconds, hit the "Refresh" button in your browser.
If your video is not "cooperating," you may need to try the lower bandwith version.
If you get the message "Error 400: Bad Request," then you need to make a Control Panel setting change. Go to Start --> Control Panel --> Quicktime. Then, look for the setting for streaming protocol. Set it for http (port 80). This is usually the second button.
