PSYCHOLOGY
The Department of Psychology at Assumption College invites applications for a tenure track position beginning fall 2009. Candidates should have expertise and teaching interests in biological bases of behavior, broadly defined. Candidates should be able to teach physiological psychology and other courses that serve the major. Candidates are expected to develop a junior seminar in their area of specialty. A doctoral degree at the time of appointment is required. We are looking for someone with a commitment to teaching, mentoring, and advising undergraduate students. Area of research specialty is open. Applicants must be willing to contribute actively to the mission of the College as well as show respect for the Catholic and Assumptionist identity of Assumption College.
