Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences
All Continuing & Career Education associate and bachelor degree programs share the CCE Core, a common core of ten liberal arts courses designed to provide a foundation of knowledge in writing, theology, philosophy, literature, history, mathematics, natural science, and foreign languages.
Bachelor degrees require completion of 40 courses/120 credits, with at least 15 courses/45 credits taken at Assumption.
All bachelor degrees require the CCE Capstone course, a multi-disciplinary directed study, designed by the student, and completed under supervision and guidance of Assumption faculty.
The Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences offers concentrations in criminal justice, economics, psychology, sociology, and general social sciences. General social sciences also include anthropology, geography, human services and rehabilitation studies, and politics.

Concentration (8 courses/24 credits)

Open Electives (21 courses/63 credits)
The Open Electives must include at least four courses in three areas within the humanities.
