Assumption College Women’s Studies Program & Walden Behavioral Care present a screening of the Award-Winning film AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL. Filmmaker Darryl Roberts goes on a two year journey to examine America’s new obsession; physical perfection. We learn secrets, confessions, and strikingly harsh realities as Roberts unearths the origins and deadly risks of our nation’s quest for physical perfection. This is not just for women!

Please join us in celebrating National Eating Disorder Awareness Week with a showing of Darryl Roberts’ film, “America the Beautiful” followed by a discussion and Q&A led by Walden Behavioral Care’s Worcester Clinic Director, Laura Roias. Light refreshments will be served.
