The Department of Art, Music and Theatre is happy to present an African Drumming presentation. This World Music Founder/Director Jeremy Cohen will present a lecture and hands-on clinic on the rich drumming traditions of West Africa. Cohen is an interlocutor who blends his experience as a classroom teacher, conservatory-trained musician and African adventurer and will offer insight into the unique shared music and history between the U.S. and Ghana.
