Get weekly discussion topics and advice
Each meeting is a discussion guided by your Leader, with a new topic every time. One week, the topic might be strategies for curbing stress eating, and the next week might center on favorite foods and recipes. You’ll gather insights from the group and contribute your own—or just listen. This combined with the insights of the Leader and the individuals within the group make each meeting unique. After your first meeting, you’ll stay for a brief getting started session. The Leader explains what to expect and how to follow the food plans, and will give you a chance to ask additional questions.

Choose a food plan you can follow
We all know that sticking with a weight loss plan isn't easy, that's why we designed two flexible and healthy food plans. These food plans--called the Flex Plan and the Core Plan®--emphasize the importance of staying satisfied with nutritious food choices, like whole-grains, low-fat protein, and fruits and vegetables. Both allow the occasional splurge without sacrificing weight loss.

There are absolutely no required foods. We do offer some “Weight Watchers” foods that can help you along the way, but they’re not required.

Eat the foods you love, and try our meal and recipe ideas
There’s no need to deprive yourself when you’re losing weight. With our plans, you always have plenty of delicious and healthy food choices.

  • Explore ideas for gourmet cooks, take-out or
    dining out.
  • Get food options for all dietary needs, from vegetarian to kosher.
  • Get recipes and cooking tips on cooking for one
    or feeding a family.

Which plan is right for you?

The Flex Plan
Eat any food, as long as you keep track of POINTS values and watch your portion sizes.
The Core Plan
Eat until you’re satisfied from a selection of nutritious foods that keep you full longer.

Don’t take it from us. Come see for yourself how Weight Watchers Meetings can help you lose the weight ! Each week, you’ll get materials developed by the experts at Weight Watchers. Weekly materials focus on a topic, like making healthy food choices, eating out, or getting active. You’ll also get exclusive access to Weight Watchers products that can help you on your way, such as cookbooks, snacks, fitness videos and more.

The confidential weigh-in

Right before the meeting, you’ll be weighed privately and confidentially by the meeting’s Leader or receptionist. The weigh-in is a way to help you track your progress and stay accountable to yourself. After the weigh-in, you’ll also get guidance on setting a goal that’s right for you.
