Step/Strength

Step Strength workout combines the step platform workout movements with hand weights. This type of workout utilizes strength and endurance interval training, from the beginner to those with experience. Participants will learn how to increase their fitness while strengthening and toning muscles. An excellent way to get in shape or begin your fitness workouts!

Cost: $25 / Maximum 32 Participants

REFUND POLICY
Full refunds will be available only to those who signed up for a course that is cancelled or who withdraw from a course prior to the first scheduled start date. Persons who withdraw within one week after scheduled start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total fee. If medical reasons are involved, please see the Recreational Sports Director.
