Spinning

Challenge yourself on the ultimate ride - a high intensity fat burning cardiovascular work-out on one of our new spinning bikes. An instructor will lead you through a variety of cycling drills that offer an exhilarating workout for your mind and body. Wear loose fitting clothing. Padded seats or biking shorts are recommended for a gentle ride! Be ready to sweat!

SPINNING IS CLOSED!!!

Session I - Mondays 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Session II - Wednesdays 6:00pm - 7:00pm

10 Classes Per Session - Classes Begin September 15th and 17th

Cost: $20 / Maximum 14 Participants

REFUND POLICY
Full refunds will be available only to those who signed up for a course that is cancelled or who withdraw from a course prior to the first scheduled start date. Persons who withdraw within one week after scheduled start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total fee. If medical reasons are involved, please see the Recreational Sports Director.
