A former baseball and football standout at Dean College, where he earned all- American honors as a running back, Ralph DeLucia owns an enviable high school, and now collegiate, coaching resume. At Franklin High School he compiled an incredible 165-48 overall record with four Hockomock League championships. In addition, he is among the region's top clinicians and pitching instructors, having tutored many of the area's top collegiate standouts over the last decade. Since his arrival with the Greyhounds, they have won two Northeast 10 Conference playoff championships, earned two N.C.A.A. regional tournament berths and won the E.C.A.C. Division II championship. He is the fastest winner of 100 games as a coach in any sport in the College's history.
