Greyhound Recreation Camp

The Greyhound Recreation Camp is designed for the camper who wants a day filled with a lot of fun, structured activities, and a chance to meet new friends. Campers will participate in a variety of sports, games, arts & crafts, open swimming, and special events coordinated with that week's theme. Activities are lead by experienced, mature, trained staff. Programs usually take place at the Plourde Recreation Center or the surrounding campus grounds.

CAMP OBJECTIVES

• Rec Sports Camp revolves around "8 Conditions": Belonging, heroes, creativity, adventure, leadership sense of accomplishment, responsibility and confidence to take action.
• Introduce campers to traditional and different leisure time activities, through indoor and outdoor activities.
• Offer a wide variety of activities and arts & crafts
• Provide a safe, friendly atmosphere where children can grow socially, emotionally, and physically, in a relaxed, fun manner.

• Special guest, special activities, or visitors
  (In the past we have had: Worcester Tornadoes Mascot & players visit camp, Fire Truck safety information, talent show, lip sync show, camp wide watermelon scavenger hunt.
• Arts and crafts activies according to that week's theme
• All-you-can-eat lunch
• Fun, sometimes whacky themes for each week

TUITION

$225 per week
If you sign up for Multiple Recreation Camp sessions, then you get 10% off each session.
