Academic OneFile
Academic Onefile contains 8,000 academic journals, the majority in full-text, available in HTML and PDF formats. In addition it contains hundreds of podcasts and transcripts from NPR, CNN, and the CBC, as well as full-text New York Times content to 1995.

Academic Search Premier
Provides full text for nearly 3,970 journals covering the social sciences, humanities, general science, multi-cultural studies, education, and much more. Full text and abstracts from 1958 to present.

Art Image Collections
A variety of excellent art image collections including Art Resource, Bridgeman Art Library, and Art Image Links. Provides searchable image collections covering hundreds of areas in the visual arts.

Beacham's Guide to the Endangered Species of North America
Presents extensive data on the habitats and ecosystems of more than 1,200 species identified as endangered or threatened by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife service.

Biography Resource Center
This database is funded by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners and the Massachusetts Regional Library Systems. Coverage varies and the database combines biographies from nearly 80 Gale Reference Sources with full text from over 250 periodicals.

A comprehensive collection of articles on all aspects of biological science, including its history and issues. Includes articles on biology-related careers and important individuals, as well as topics from active transport to zoology research.

Provides a comprehensive, subject specific guide to the history, uses, scientific principles, and technologies of espionage, intelligence, and security.

(UXL) Encyclopedia of Landforms and Other Geologic Features

LexisNexis
Available via LexisNexis Reed Elsevier, Inc. It is updated daily and is a full text database which provides access to news, business, legal and reference information.

Literary Reference Center
A full text database that combines information from major reference works, books, literary journals as well as original content from EBSCO.

Multimedia Encyclopedia
Containing thousands of articles, extensive hyperlinking, bibliographies and links to other sources of information on the Web. The Grolier Multimedia Encyclopedia Online is updated monthly.

NetLibrary
Available via NetLibrary. The current subscription is available. These are E-books for searching, reading and checkout. Access to main Library books requires registration.

(Historical) New York Times
Offers full-text and full-image articles for the New York Times from 2003 back to its first issue in 1851.

Oxford Art Online
Gateway to art research. Includes access to Grove Art Online, Oxford Companion to Western Art, Encyclopedia of Aesthetics, and The Concise Oxford Dictionary of Art Terms.

Oxford Dictionary of the Renaissance

Available via John Hopkins University Press. Coverage is from 1993 to the present. This is a database of over 100 full text scholarly journals mainly within the past five years.
