the Items you want to backup and Click Next to Continue

All Selected Files and Click Next to Continue
7.) Choose
to Backup File to H:\MyBackup.qic and Click Next to Continue
8.) Check both
boxes to Compare and Compress data and Click Next to
Continue
9.) Name the Backup
Job Something Descriptive and Click start
to Begin
10.) Backup
Shows you a Progress Window
11.) Click
the Report Button to view a Report about the
Backup just Created
Close all windows. Your backup is complete.
