SAME DAY SERVICE

HOW IT WORKS
Bring in your order of 25 or more copies to the Copy Center.
Fill out an order form at the front
counter. Please fill out the form completely. Be sure specific
on the “Date Wanted” line. Please Do Not use “ASAP”
as it is not considered a date and this may prolong the completion
of your order.
Paper clip your order form to the originals
(flat, unbound sheet) and leave it in the basket marked 24
Hours or 48 Hours. When your order is completed you will be
notified by phone.
A total cost for work done in-house will
appear on your yellow receipt.

SAME DAY SERVICE
We provide SAME DAY SERVICE for up to 500
8 ½ x 11 copies when the order is brought to the Copy
Center by 9:00 am. Same day orders will be ready for pick
up by 3:30
Depending on the volume of work we have,
we can sometimes process RUSH jobs. Please call and alert
us of this need and then bring the work directly to the attention
of a Copy Center representative. Please do not place it the
basket or it will be treated as a standard job. We will make
every effort to process your order quickly and we will try
to complete it within a few hours. While-you-wait services
are often possible for short runs but we ask that requests
be made sparingly in order for us to best meet everyone’s
deadlines.
Please keep in mind that Unexpected
Downtimes caused by equipment breakdown may delay the turnaround
time of your order.

EXAMS
We have a locked cabinet available for exams
and quizzes to ensure their security. Exams are process first
thing each morning and at noon time. If you need your exam
same day, please notify a Copy Center representative. If you
are unaware of this procedure, a representative will be happy
to show you.

CUSTOM/SPECIALTY
JOBS
These types of jobs are generally large
quantity orders or colored ink. We will coordinate jobs with
local printers.

COLOR COPIES
We have a color copier on site for all of
your color copy needs.
