MICHELLE GRAVELINE is Professor of Music
at Assumption College and active as a conductor, teacher,
adjudicator and clinician.. She received the Bachelor
of Music and Master of Sacred Music degrees from Boston
University and the Doctor of Musical Arts degree from
the University of Michigan.
Dr. Graveline has led the Assumption College Chorale
on ten national and international concert tours,
in addition to performing concerts on campus and in
the greater Worcester community. She has guest-conducted
massed choirs at American Choral Directors Association
collegiate and community chorus festivals, the American
Guild of Organists Region I convention, the Central
Mass. High School Choral Festival, and the Central
Mass. Symphony Holiday Pops. She has served as an adjudicator
and clinician for the Mass. Instrumental and Choral
Conductors (MICCA) state festivals and has been an adjudicator
for the Harmony Sweepstakes A Cappella competition, the Massachusetts District Vocal Auditions and the Massachusetts All-State Vocal Auditions.
She also conducts the Salisbury Singers of Worcester, and is currently
President-elect for the Mass. American
Choral Directors Association.
Dr. Graveline lives in Westborough with her husband
Kent Stout, daughters Claire, Madeleine, and son Robert.
