Yoga

Yoga - A sequence of postures that flow into one another, building strength and flexibility. This class incorporates several aspects of yoga and pilates including relaxation, meditation, flexibility, movement, flow, and core work. It will get your heart rate up. Geared toward all fitness levels, classes are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Wear comfortable clothing.
