Challenge yourself on the ultimate ride— a high-intensity, fat-burning, cardiovascular workout on one of our spinning bikes. An instructor will lead you through a variety of cycling drills that offer an exhilarating cardiovascular workout for your mind and body. Classes are filled on a first come, first serve basis. You may reserve a bike one half-hour before class starts. Be ready to sweat!
