Boot Camp

Spring 2013

Boot Camp will challenge your strength, endurance and agility. This class will lead you through high intensity strength and cardio exercises designed to challenge your strength and endurance while burning lots of calories and raising your metabolic level. Designed for intermediate and advanced fitness levels, this class can also be modified for beginner levels.

Day/Times: Tuesday 5:15 PM -6:00 PM
Location: Plourde Recreation Center– Aerobics Studio

Limit: 30 participants
