Admissions and Aid - Assumption College: Undergraduate Admissions

 
 
First Year Students

Applications and all supporting documents and recommendations must be received in the Office of Admissions by February 15. Students who want to be considered for Early Action must apply by November 1. Students who want to be considered for Early Action II must apply by January 10.  A completed application will include:

  • The application and essay
  • $50 application fee
  • Official high school transcript
  • A letter of recommendation.

Test Scores

SAT and ACT standardized test scores are optional.  TOEFL is still required if English is your second language.  Assumption focuses on the strength of an applicant's high school performance, cumulative grade point average, weighted rank in class (if available), teacher recommendations, guidance counselor evaluation, student essay and co-curricular involvement.  If you do wish to submit scores to Assumption, please use the following codes:
  • Assumption's code for the SAT is 3009.
  • Assumption's code for the ACT is 1782.
  • If English is your second language, send TOEFL scores (Assumption's code is 3009).
