Assumption prepares students to use their linguistic, cultural and analytical skills in their careers, advanced studies and other future endeavors. Our graduates teach foreign language, pursue careers in the international marketplace, government or with nonprofit organizations that require proficiency in the language, and go on to graduate study in such fields as library science, literature, philology, and comparative literature.
