The ALANA Consortium Support Network, established in August of 1999, is an organization of professional administrators affiliated with colleges and universities within the Worcester Consortium. Central to all of there work is a concerted effort to support the recruitment and retention of ALANA students. The Network is a thriving organization with member representatives from the following Colleges: Assumption College, Becker College, Clark University, College of the Holy Cross, Fitchburg State College, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Nichols College, Quinsigamond Community College, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and Worcester State College.
The Network has proven to be an excellent means for its members to support
each other’s work through the sharing of information and resources.
One of the goals of the Network is to develop a stronger connection between
all the ALANA students in the Worcester Consortium of Colleges and Universities.
Crossing Boundaries is a conference held annually and
sponsored by the Network as part of an effort to expand support and resources
for all consortium ALANA students, provide opportunities for them to meet
and dialogue, and for them to develop genuine supportive relationships
with each other.
